Die pre deformation technology

This technology is mainly used for plastic injection parts that are easy to deform, and the sealing size, flatness and straightness should reach the same sealing effect as metal parts. When developing molds, the company applies design software and advanced equipment to reverse compensate and optimize the sealing size, flatness and straightness of plastic injection products, and finally make the products meet the sealing performance and product quality meet customer requirements.

Embedded molding technology of inserts

This technology is mainly used to meet the requirements of customers that some parts still need to retain metal functions to enhance the durability of products after plastic is used to replace steel. The metal parts with complex structure are produced by directly embedding into the mold and then injection molding, which reduces the traditional multi process production processes such as welding and thread assembly, and is superior to the traditional process in terms of the bonding strength of the inserts.

Secondary molding technology

This technology completes the molding process of two kinds of plastic materials for special products through secondary injection molding (rotating or parallel injection molding of equipment, secondary injection molding).

Production and research

The company actively promotes the production-university-research cooperation with Zhejiang University of Technology and other colleges and universities, and jointly sets up the "Graduate Innovation Practice Base of the School of Materials Science and Engineering of Zhejiang University of Technology" and the "Student Practice Base of the School of Materials Science and Engineering of Zhejiang University of Technology".
